What Our Customers Say About Us

Lean Process

ATI’s commitment to operational excellence began in 2019 by embarking on the development of our associates and creating a culture of inclusion, teamwork, and continuous improvement. At the heart of this transformation is the development of our servant leadership style. This ensures the necessary support is applied at the point of impact (factory).

Early on we contracted one of the best-in-class lean contractors to help us introduce the concept of continuous improvement and deploy it in key areas. Since the 2019 launch of our lean daily management process, our organization has experienced key improvements such as a 60% reduction in turnaround times in processing whole engines, components, and accessories. Our Quality measures of performance are considered the best in class. In addition, since the deployment of lean, it has delivered over $325K in documented savings where tracked.
