Aero Turbine, Incorporated will deliver our first engine to Hermeus Corporation, to support their hypersonic transport program. This J85-21 engine that ATI is repairing, is only the second engine that Hermeus has incorporated into the project to carry passengers at five times the speed of sound. The J85 engine will provide the core propulsion for the project, which Hermeus is adapting to reach these speeds. The program is to carry passengers across the Atlantic five times faster than a conventional passenger jet. Hermeus is the recipient of multiple DoD contracts, including support of Air Force One.
