Clayton Briscoe

Clayton Briscoe is a successful Finance Executive with over 30 years’ global business experience in Aerospace, High-Tech, Telecom and Renewable Energy industries.

Clayton joined Aero Turbine Inc. in December 2019 as Chief Financial Officer with the critical task of leading the lean transformation of the finance, accounting, HR and IT functions.

Clayton drives value-creation through business-process improvements, cost containment ERP implementation and cross-functional team leadership, resulting in improvements to working capital and customer service with simultaneous cost reduction.

In his last Aerospace role as CFO of Pacific Wave Systems, the global leader in commercial satellite waveguide manufacturing, he developed and implemented improvements to financial reporting, cash flow management, IT infrastructure, contracts negotiation, inventory management and organizational development, leading to two company sale transactions in less than a year.

Prior to this Clayton held financial management positions in various high-tech electronics firms including the Number 3 Networking company, SynOptics Communications, where he was a member of the management team that took the company public.

Clayton holds a BA degree in Economics from the University of California, Davis and an MBA degree in General Management from Santa Clara University.
